We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated teachers/champions who are passionate about working with toddlers and young children. Our ideal candidate will be a creative and engaging educator who is committed to supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of each child.

Responsibilities include:

• Fostering a love of learning in our children through play-based activities, arts, and crafts
• Encouraging early math skills through counting, hands-on activities, and problem-solving
• Developing language skills through creative reading, phonics activities, and interactive story time
• Supporting healthy lifestyles through the preparation and serving of nutritious meals and snacks
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
• Collaborating with parents and staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child

Qualifications:

• A genuine love for children and a nurturing spirit
• Dependable, patient, and committed to the Academy’s mission
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
• Prior experience in childcare or early education preferred
• Ability to lift children that are 30 - 40 pounds in weight and 3 - 4 feet in height as well as physically play inside and outside in structured and non structural environments.

• A college degree associated with Teaching
• Prefer College Graduate with a degree associated with Teaching
• 2+ to 5 years of experience

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and childcare, and who are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our children. Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in childcare or early education, but this is not essential.
