Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware quickly and thoroughly.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish station throughout your shift.
• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Restock clean dishes and utensils for the kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
• Support cooks and prep staff with basic kitchen tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Dependable and hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Able to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Comfortable standing on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• No experience required—we’ll train the right candidate!
