Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Pawling is seeking RN Supervisors

Position can be Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem

Option 1: Full-Time 4:00pm to 12:00am

Option 2: Part-Time 4:00pm to 12:00pm

Option 3: Part-Time 12:00pm to 8:00am

Option 4: Per Diem for these shifts and weekend days 8am-4pm

About the Role:
As an RN Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day and long-term planning of patient care. You’ll manage nursing staff, collaborate with physicians, and provide both physical and emotional support to residents and their families. This is a leadership role with career growth potential.

You Will:

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet patient care needs

• Foster a compassionate environment through emotional and psychological support

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs

• Maintain a safe and clean environment by implementing procedures and protocols

• Ensure compliance with infection control and medication administration policies

• Audit documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient records

• Oversee medical equipment and coordinate maintenance

• Build strong relationships with healthcare teams and participate in problem-solving

Requirements:

• Current NYS RN License (BSN preferred but not required)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care or medical/surgical settings

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
