Description:
Litman Excavating is seeking reliable and motivated Laborers to join our team. This position supports the clearing of land, trenching, grading, and installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drains) for new home construction. Laborers are essential to keeping the job site safe, clean, and operating efficiently.
Requirements:
- Assist in clearing trees, brush and debris from residential lots
- Support crews installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems
- Operate and maintain basic hand tools (shovels, picks, rakes) and power tools
- Load, unload and transport material, pipe and equipment on-site
- Assist equipment operators by spotting, signaling and maintaining safe clearances
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors
