What You'll Do

Duties

  • Implement an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that prepares children for kindergarten.
  • Foster a warm, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Track and encourage the developmental milestones of each child.
  • Communicate daily with parents and guardians to provide updates and build strong family partnerships.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom setting


Requirements

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting child development.
  • Ability to pass all required state background checks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to complete CPR and First Aid certification (training provided if needed).

  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or early childhood coursework.
  • Previous experience working in a preschool or early learning center.
  • Familiarity with classroom technology or parent communication apps.
