As an integral member of our human resources department, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment, retention, and development of our exceptional staff. Responsibilities
• Collaborate with management and staff to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and tactics to attract top talent
• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization
• Conduct performance management and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff members to promote career growth and advancement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal regulations
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
• Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and workflow
• Other duties as assigned
