About the Role
As a In-Home Personal Care Services Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with light housekeeping tasks
Encouraging independence and promoting a sense of well-being and dignity

Maintaining accurate records of client care and communicating with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Responsibilities
Provide direct care to clients, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility as needed
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families

Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Successful completion of a background check and TB testing
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, with or without assistance
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
