Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and establish appropriate mental health diagnoses
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans
  • Provide outpatient therapy services using evidence-based and creative interventions
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records
  • Maintain excellent customer service and a positive client experience
  • Collaborate with families, medical providers, schools, case managers, and other professionals involved in client care
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings, consultation, training, and ongoing professional development
  • Support Ellie's mission of expanding access to quality behavioral health services
  • Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client sessions per week
Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
  • Active clinical licensure or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries
  • Commitment to providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience preferred)
  • Fully licensed clinicians who are independently credentialed with insurance panels are strongly preferred
