Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Oversee the overall management of the nursing home, including day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and performance evaluation.
• Clinical Operations: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain quality care standards, and develop policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
• Staff Development: Foster a culture of ongoing learning and development, provide coaching and training to staff, and support their professional growth.
• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families, residents, and the community, and enhance our reputation as a premier provider of long-term care.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimize resources, and develop strategies to improve financial performance.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in a nursing home administration or leadership role
Strong clinical and operational knowledge, with a focus on quality care and service
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
