As a Kindergarten Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to our young students, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages learning and growth. Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing engaging lesson plans and activities
  Provide one-on-one support to students, focusing on academic and social development, as needed

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

• Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized learning plans for students

• Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless transitions and support
