About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Your expertise will help us provide high-quality, patient-centered care that empowers families to take control of their child's development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for children with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders

  • Conduct assessments, evaluate progress, and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide consistent and effective treatment

  • Provide training and support to caregivers to ensure successful implementation of ABA strategies at home

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new program initiatives

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • Experience working with children with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with ABA software and technology a plus
