Position Overview

We are seeking a patient-focused and motivated General Dentist to join our thriving, well-established practice. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a very busy location with an established patient base, allowing you to build a productive schedule quickly while providing high-quality comprehensive dental care.

The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, patient education, and delivering exceptional treatment in a collaborative environment.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Develop and present treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Provide a full range of general dentistry procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• New graduates and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply



Compensation

Competitive compensation package including a daily guarantee and/or percentage of production, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
