Essential Responsibilities:
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to):
- Oversee all daily administrative and clinical operations of the practice
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise administrative and support staff
- Plan and facilitate regular team meetings
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support staff development
- Manage the ordering, inventory, and maintenance of medical supplies and office equipment
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate compensation
- Collaborate with IT vendors to resolve technical issues and identify system improvement opportunities
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Promote positive collaboration and effective communication between providers and administrative staff
- Ensure accurate patient scheduling, appointment management, and workflow optimization
- Oversee billing, coding, and revenue cycle management activities
- Develop and manage staff schedules to maintain optimal coverage and productivity
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical practice management or healthcare operations leadership (required)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
