Job Description
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Ogden, Utah | Full-time | On-site, Monday through Friday.

Job Description
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and help keep the office calendar organized.
- Process client payments accurately and professionally.
- Draft, type, format, and proofread letters and legal documents.
- Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative and case-related support.
- Maintain organized files, documents, and front-office materials.
- Keep the reception area and office organized and professional.
- Provide dependable support in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of legal or law firm experience required.
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Family law or litigation experience is a plus.
