## What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will become a trusted resource for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer questions by phone, email, text, and in person
Helping customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account maintenance
Reviewing customer coverage and identifying opportunities to better protect what matters most
Working closely with our sales team to create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Following through on customer requests quickly and accurately
Keeping detailed notes and maintaining accurate customer records
Continuing to learn and grow as an insurance professional

## Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is preferred. We also welcome candidates with equivalent professional experience that demonstrates maturity, leadership, and a track record of achievement.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, banking, retail, or another customer-facing role is a plus.
Insurance experience is not required.

As a condition of employment, you'll earn your Minnesota Property and Casualty insurance license within your first 60 days. We provide the training, study materials, coaching, and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable service to customers in person and over the phone
- Assist with billing setup, online account access, and communication preferences
- Help customers enroll in tools like Drivewise and paperless delivery
- Follow up with clients needing payment assistance or account support
- Manage inbound calls and serve as the welcoming face of our St. Cloud office
- Track and update customer interactions in our agency CRM
- Represent the agency's mission and values in every customer experience
What You Bring to the Team:
- Clear, confident communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment
- Warm, service-driven mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and support
- A proactive attitude you're not just taking calls, you're building relationships
