About the Role

The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations by administering employee relations, HR programs, and compliance activities across the organization. The role is responsible for executing HR processes, supporting employees and managers, and maintaining accurate HR data and documentation. Success in this role results in consistent HR service delivery, improved employee experience, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Candidate must report on-site and must have flexibility to cover off shifts frequently.

What You’ll Do

  • Support employee relations activities including issue resolution, documentation, and policy interpretation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist managers with performance management processes including documentation and coaching support.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a consistent employee experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure completion of required employment documentation.
  • Assist with workforce planning activities and staffing support as directed by HR leadership.
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate records within HR systems.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support efficient and effective hiring processes.
  • Administer HR processes including employee records, data entry, and documentation

    management.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal procedures.

  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support reporting requirements for HR metrics.

  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests as needed.

  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.

Support benefits administration and employee program coordination activities.

Additional Expectations

  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
