Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
• Greet guests with a smile, providing attentive and personalized service.
• Recommend menu items, upsell cocktails, and highlight daily specials.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and organized bar area throughout your shift.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service practices.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service during busy events and game days.

Requirements

• Prior bartending experience preferred; however, we will train the right outgoing personality.
• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable in a high-volume bar environment.
• Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
