A typical day for an RN includes:

· Implementing and coordinating the delivery of care in collaboration with physician and resource health care personnel; ensuring Resident rights are maintained at all times

· Documenting all pertinent information regarding Nursing care, care plans, observation of condition and behavior, Medicare charting, admission, discharge, and Patient teaching

· Completing monthly/quarterly assessments and documentation as assigned. Attending care plan meetings as assigned

· Providing functional direction and assistance to Charge Nurses and CNAs. Directing Resident Care to include making rounds to ensure continuity of care. Answering call lights as needed

· Setting up and administering prescribed medications and treatments including IV therapy. Operating a variety of medical equipment as necessary

· Communicating effectively with the Residents, families, visitors, members of the health care team, and other disciplines

RN Requirements:

· Graduate from Accredited Nursing School and a minimum of one to two years related experience preferred

· Valid State License/Certification

· Basic CPR/first aid training

· Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination

· Currently considering all availability (full-time, part-time)
