Counter Sales Representative
Location: Melbourne, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $20/hr with no flooring experience
$21/hr with flooring industry experience
We are looking for a Counter Sales Representative to join a busy flooring operation in Melbourne! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and wants to build a career in the flooring industry.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with flooring products and selections
- Provide excellent customer service at the sales counter
- Answer questions and provide product information
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately
- Assist with inventory and general showroom organization
- Work closely with customers, vendors, and the sales team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flooring industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous counter sales, retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is helpful
