Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in an in-home setting. As an RBT with Astra ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in an in-home setting, utilizing ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET)
Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision
Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains
Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes
Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members
Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies
Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required
Requirements
High school diploma required
Must have experience in SIB
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 3:00pm-6:00pm
