Active Kansas Missouri Property Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a professional environment.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating digital insurance platforms.

Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language.

Reliable transportation for daily work in our Spring Hill office.

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role where building rapport was key.
