Bartender

At PABLO, the bar is a big part of the experience.

Our bartenders keep the drinks moving, take care of guests, and bring great energy to the room. We’re looking for people who are fast, confident, friendly, and can stay sharp when the bar gets busy.

What You’ll Do:

Make cocktails and drinks quickly, consistently, and accurately

Take care of guests at the bar and provide friendly, attentive service

Know our cocktail, tequila, beer, and drink menus

Keep your bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift

Work closely with servers and VIP Servers to keep drinks moving

Follow recipes, proper pours, and responsible alcohol service standards

Communicate with barbacks, managers, and the rest of the team

Stay calm and organized during high-volume service

Help create the energy and atmosphere that make PABLO the place to be.

What You Bring:

Bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or nightlife setting

A friendly and confident personality

Strong cocktail knowledge and willingness to learn our menu

Speed and attention to detail

The ability to handle a busy bar without sacrificing quality or service

A team-first attitude

Evening, late-night, and weekend availability
