Territory: Vegas and Utah

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 annually

Reports To: VP of Sales


Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and performance within a specific geographic area. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for upper management. Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of [5] years of experience in sales, with at least [2] years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
    • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience in coaching and developing sales staff.
    • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
