• Monitor and patrol the facility to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Conduct thorough investigations of suspected theft incidents.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain detailed reports of incidents and investigations.
• Train and educate staff on loss prevention techniques and policies.
• Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor activities within the store.
• Assist in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
