Job Duties:
- Plan menus while maintaining budget and stock
- Adapt meals for special diets and medical needs
- Enforce strict food safety laws
- Maintain a clean and functional kitchen and dining area
- Keep logs for food storage and temperatures
- Hire, train, and supervise dietary staff
- Create work schedules
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of geriatric nutrition
- Previous supervisory experience in LTC or food service
- CDM or CFPP preferred
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
