Senior Living Clinical Informatics Consultant
Job Summary:
As a Senior Living Clinical Informatics Consultant with HDG Workforce Solution, you will join our team of experts in providing guidance and specialized support to senior living organizations in optimizing their Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), clinical documentation, staff education, auditing, workflow improvement, and best practices. This 1099 independent contractor opportunity is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive senior living and clinical informatics experience, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to serve as a trusted subject-matter expert for multiple clients.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior living organizations to assess their EMR utilization, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement practical, sustainable solutions
Conduct on-site assessments, training sessions, and workflow optimization initiatives to support quality and compliance initiatives
Provide high-level education and coaching to clinical and operational leaders and frontline teams on EMR optimization, clinical documentation, and best practices
Serve as a trusted subject-matter expert, offering expert guidance on EMR optimization, clinical documentation, staff education, auditing, and workflow improvement
Regularly travel to client locations for assessments, training, implementation support, workflow optimization, and follow-up engagements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living and clinical informatics
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Proven track record of successfully implementing EMR optimization and workflow improvement initiatives
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different organizations, EMR platforms, and operational environments
Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Additional Information:
Salary: $60 - $75 HOURLY DOQ
