Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Associate to support the manufacturing and assembly of aluminum components and products. This position involves operating specialized equipment, monitoring production processes, and helping ensure quality and efficiency throughout production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate specialized production equipment
- Assist with the manufacturing and assembly of aluminum components and products
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Follow established safety protocols and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production, preferably working with aluminum or similar materials
- Familiarity with safety protocols and production procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
