Farmers Insurance The AJ VanOpstall Agency is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. No insurance experience? No problem. We provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Follow up with provided leads and generate new business
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
- Close sales and meet individual sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and consistent follow-up
Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is driven, coachable, competitive, and enjoys working with people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer-facing roles is a plus
Licensing Required We'll Help You Get There
- An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
- Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
