We're seeking a Leasing Administrator to manage key aspects of commercial lease administration, property maintenance coordination, tenant documentation, invoicing, and accounting support. This is a role for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, organization, and prioritization and wants to develop an in-depth understanding of commercial real estate operations. You'll work closely with a collaborative team and have approachable ownership while gaining exposure to the business as a whole.
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience

- Manage lease terms, including rent payments, possession, maintenance obligations, negotiations, reviews, and expiration tracking.
- Facilitate property maintenance contracts, vendor approvals, invoices, releases, insurance documentation, and W-9s.
- Prepare invoices and coordinate payment-related documentation.
- Log service requests, answer calls, and coordinate with property maintenance personnel.
- Track budgets for contracted property maintenance and other work.
- Track and manage tenant Certificates of Insurance to maintain accurate compliance records.
- Provide accounting support, including accounts payable and journal entry input.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in lease administration or commercial property management OR a Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to understand and accurately interpret information presented orally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- We prefer candidates who live within a 20-mile radius and can commute to work.
