The RiteScreen Manufacturing Company
Elizabethville, PA, US Full Time
65000USD - 80000USD per year

Job Description

Job Description
A day in this seat

You start on the floor, not in your inbox. A quick Gemba walk sets the tone—visual boards are current, labor and production plans are aligned, and the morning huddle locks in priorities for consumer orders. You check marketplace dashboards for Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central or comparable) to align fulfillment waves, sequence work to hit consumer-speed delivery, and clear exceptions fast. Packaging and Engineering are at your side as you validate a consumer-grade quality standard before the first parcel leaves the dock. By midday, you’re steering order flow, reallocating labor to protect lead time, and coaching front-line leaders. End of day, you review delivery performance and cost per order—the scoreboard that ties operations directly to sales.

Your impact
  • Run the operation end-to-end: Own the value stream from production order to the customer’s doorstep—daily production and labor planning, shipping execution, marketplace fulfillment, order prioritization, and on-time delivery across direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Win on speed and cost: Treat lead time and fulfillment economics as the competitive arena; every improvement shows up in conversion and sales.
  • Raise the quality bar: Define and enforce a consumer-grade standard; partner closely with Engineering and Packaging to build it into the product and process.
  • Build a CI culture: Lead with Gemba, visual management, and Kaizen; make continuous improvement the way work happens.
  • Develop the team: Hire, cross-train, plan workforce needs, and grow front-line leaders.
What you’ll bring
  • Manufacturing leadership experience (required): Proven results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost on a plant floor.
  • E-commerce or D2C fulfillment experience (required): Hands-on with marketplace fulfillment (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or comparable), consumer order flow, or direct-to-consumer operations—understanding what consumer-speed delivery demands of production.
  • Lean depth: You’ve led continuous improvement, not just attended workshops.
  • Analytical command: Confident with production metrics, backlog management, and data-driven decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • Presence across functions: Primary liaison with Operations, Engineering, Packaging, Product Development, and the Aftermarket business.
Why this role, why now

This isn’t a desk job—and it isn’t a caretaker role. You’re being handed a growth engine with executive attention and room to run. Few companies make and ship under one roof; you’ll lead the value stream that does both.

If you’ve been waiting for the role where your manufacturing discipline and e-commerce fluency finally belong in one job—this is it.
