Position Overview:
We are actively hiring experienced Landscape Tradesmen and Crew Leads to join our growing team. This is a hands-on outdoor position responsible for leading crews, operating equipment, interacting with clients, and completing professional landscaping projects safely and efficiently.
Pay:
$14.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience, leadership ability, and qualifications.
Schedule:
This position operates within active outdoor landscaping environments. Job duties, schedules, and operational responsibilities may change based on business needs and seasonal demands.

Pay:

Schedule:
- Typical work hours range between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. depending on project workload and seasonality.
- Summer schedules may shift to Monday -Thursday due to overtime hours.

- Lead landscaping crews on residential projects
- Drive company trucks and trailers safely
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients
- Perform landscape installation work including mulch, drainage, shrubs, trees, hardscaping, and related services
- Ensure proper loading and securement of equipment and materials
- Complete walkthroughs and project updates
- Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
- Assist with training crew members
- Complete daily project documentation and communication with management
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Crew leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Truck and trailer experience strongly preferred
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
- Military veteran background preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and carry materials throughout the workday
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely perform physical landscaping duties throughout the shift
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
