Cook/food prep

We're seeking a part-time food prep specialist to join our team! As a food caterer through DC Catering Company, we need someone to assemble and serve lunches to our students, maintain a clean kitchen, and close down the cafeteria at the end of the day.

This role is specifically for lunch duties, with varying hours between 10am and 2 pm.

Wash and prepare ingredients for lunch

Put away groceries and maintain inventory

Set up and serve lunch to students

Clean and sanitize the kitchen and cafeteria

Close down the cafeteria and perform daily cleaning tasks

Perform physical tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

Varying hours between 10am and 2 pm

Must be able to pass a physical

Must be able to complete an FBI/BCI Background Check

Must have a high school diploma/equivalent

Previous experience working with children is a plus
