Terry's Grill in Jacksonville, FL is looking for a skilled Short Order Cook to join our breakfast team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare made-to-order omelettes, eggs, and breakfast items to customer specifications
• Operate and maintain a fast-paced breakfast grill station efficiently
• Execute short order cooking with speed and accuracy during high-volume service
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning on every plate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grill and cook station
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely ticket fulfillment
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Previous short order cook experience is required
• Demonstrated skill in omelette and egg preparation
• Ability to work a fast-paced breakfast and grill environment
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
