Senior HVAC Field Installation Supervisor

Based in Maitland, FL, you’ll start your morning mapping out installation priorities for residential and commercial jobs, aligning your crew, and confirming materials are staged. By mid-morning, you’re on-site, guiding layout, duct routing, equipment placement, and safety protocols. Throughout the day you’ll coach junior installers, keep clients informed, and verify that every step meets code, manufacturer specs, and company standards. You’ll wrap up by documenting labor and materials, coordinating with service and sales, and planning tomorrow’s installs.

• Own end-to-end HVAC installations across residential and commercial settings.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Mentor and train junior installers through hands-on guidance and feedback.
• Complete site assessments to scope work and develop clear installation plans.
• Communicate with customers to clarify needs and deliver a top-tier experience.
• Maintain precise records of time, materials, and project milestones.
• Partner with internal teams for seamless scheduling and project handoffs.
• Stay current on new technologies and best practices to elevate quality and efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical HVAC training/certification preferred.
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, including 2+ years leading crews.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
