Title: Repair Technician – L1/L2
Project: Memory and Windows 10 upgrade
Location: South San Francisco
Project details:
- Upgrading Memory at clients South San Francisco site for 2000 Laptops and Desktops along with Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade on approximately 700 computers
Responsibilities/skillsets:
- Minimum of One (1) to Two (2) years professional experience
- 8GB memory upgrade to bring systems to a total of 16GB
- Windows 7 to Windows 10 OS upgrade including data migration and software installation
- College degree and certification are not required, but preferred
- Assist customers with issues arising from everyday computer usage
- Duration – Four (4) to Six (6) months with completion in Q1 2020
