Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client questions regarding their existing policies with patience and clarity.
- Process routine policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately within our system.
- Act as a primary point of contact for our policyholders in Waterbury and beyond.
- Review client accounts to ensure they have adequate protection based on their evolving life stages.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve billing discrepancies or coverage status inquiries.
- Document all client interactions thoroughly to ensure every team member stays informed.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Minimum of two years experience in an insurance agency setting.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems.
- Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite and digital documentation.
- Ability to explain complex coverage details in plain language.
- Strong organizational habits for managing multi-client workflows.
