We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team at Avir at Del Sol in El Paso, TX. As a Housekeeping Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment
Clean and restock resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces
Restock linens, toiletries, and paper products as needed
Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized laundry area and assist with laundry duties
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a healthy and safe environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
