Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (Part-Time):

What to expect:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families
Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Qualifications:

What you will bring:
High school diploma or equivalent (required);
Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred)
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills
