Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Main Banker to join our Cage Department. The Main Banker serves as a lead member of the Cage team and assumes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Cage Manager while continuing to perform the essential duties of a Cage Cashier.This position is responsible for accurately handling and reconciling large sums of money, supporting daily Cage operations, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring compliance with applicable gaming regulations and casino policies. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, sound judgment, excellent attention to detail, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.ScheduleMust have open availability, including weekends and holidaysMust be available to work a variety of shifts as business needs requireKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead Cage team member and supervise Cage Cashiers in the absence of the Cage ManagerPerform all essential duties of a Cage Cashier, including processing financial transactionsAccurately receive, count, verify, distribute, and reconcile large sums of cash and other financial instrumentsMaintain accurate records and ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with established proceduresProvide professional, friendly, and responsive service to guestsAddress and resolve guest concerns promptly and appropriatelySupport the training, coaching, and development of new Cage team membersPromote a positive and professional work environmentEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and casino policies and proceduresMaintain strict confidentiality and security of financial information and transactionsExercise sound judgment when handling financial discrepancies, guest concerns, and operational issuesPerform other duties as assigned to support Cage Department operationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of one year of cash-handling experience in a commercial banking, casino, or similar financial environment requiredStrong mathematical and cash-handling skills with exceptional attention to detailDemonstrated leadership ability and confidence in making operational decisionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain professional and focused in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently while effectively supporting a teamAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial informationKnowledge of casino operations and applicable gaming regulations preferredPrevious supervisory or lead experience preferred
