Pay Range: $19.25 - $23.45

What You Bring (Requirements)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid Driver’s License in state of hire.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum of one year experience in working with the frail and elderly population.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
