UCP Staffing is looking to fill 10 positions with a local food manufacturing client
Duties
- Operate and monitor food processing equipment
- Ensure all production activities comply with food safety management systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Assist in packaging operations, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and storage of finished products.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Experience in food processing plant operations
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, recipe adjustments, and quality checks.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures, safety standards in production, and regulatory requirements within the food industry.
- Basic understanding of packaging processes and materials used in food manufacturing.
