Registered Nurse
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Neptune, NJ. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive skilled nursing environment with flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem weekend shifts available.
Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. Evening and Overnight shifts available.
Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor, document, and report patient conditions and progress
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
Educate patients and families to support recovery and independence
Maintain compliance with all clinicals, safety, and infection control standards
Compensation
Weekday pay up to $41.00 with full benefits or up to $42.00 for no-frills options
Weekend pay starts at $42.00 or up to $45.00 for no-frills options
Additional shift differentials available
SIGN ON BONUS up to $2000
REFERRAL BONUS up to $1000

Qualifications:
Active New Jersey RN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (e.g., American Heart Association)
SNF experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
