In-Person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time Opportunity

At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we are dedicated to providing personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a key member of our team, the In-Person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will play a vital role in making this mission a reality.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy will help them develop new skills, overcome challenges, and improve their overall quality of life. With a strong focus on family-centered care, you will work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure that treatment plans are tailored to each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD

  • Conduct in-home assessments and therapy sessions

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client data and services provided

  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with individuals with ASD in an in-home or clinical setting

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
