Compensation:$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Meet sales expectations, generate new business, get referrals, and monitor sales pipeline
- Review options with senior loan officer/ MLO to make a recommendation of which home loan product to recommend based on the applicant’s financial status
- Collect financial information in order to prepare the loan file, assist applicants with loan applications, and assess applicants’ financial situation and eligibility
- Assisting the Team Lead with tracking referrals and taking 100% complete and accurate mortgage applications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services, real estate, lending institutions, credit union, or related fields is valuable, but not required
- Knowledge of guidelines for loan programs and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is an asset, but not required
Be a licensed Mortgage Originator.
Must understand Encompass.
