Sales Producer

The Sales Producer role focuses on building and managing client relationships while delivering tailored insurance solutions. You will work in a performance-driven environment supported by mentorship, training resources, and proven sales systems.

This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of their results while continuing to grow their expertise. High-performing Producers can move into senior sales, advisory, or leadership positions. Long-term growth pathways may also include advanced training toward operating your own agency for those who choose to pursue it.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients to discuss insurance needs
• Educate customers on coverage options and policy benefits
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication
• Participate in sales training and skill development sessions
• Contribute to individual and team performance goals

Requirements

• Must reside in Michigan
• Must have active Michigan Property Casualty and Life, Accident Health licenses OR be willing to obtain them
• Free pre-licensing training available for unlicensed candidates
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport
