Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Transportation & Safety

• Safely transport residents to scheduled medical appointments, activities, and outings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and security.

• Assist residents entering and exiting vehicles, including those using mobility aids, following proper lifting and transfer techniques.

• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and care partners to ensure safe, timely transportation.

• Follow all resident-specific transportation plans, HIPAA regulations, and Mosaic safety standards.

• Vehicle Maintenance & Inspection

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and operational.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and operational readiness at all times.

• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or vehicle concerns promptly to the Executive Director.

• Maintain accurate mileage, fuel usage, and service logs for compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and must be 25 years old or older.

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, meet Mosaic’s driver eligibility requirements, and consent to annual motor vehicle record checks.

• Ability to safely operate community vehicles, including vans and buses.

• Knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and safe passenger handling.

• Strong communication skills and professionalism with residents, families, and team members.

• Ability to complete accurate logs, records, and reports.

• Must successfully pass Mosaic’s pre-employment background and driving checks.

Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Visitor Support

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all residents, families, visitors, and partners.

• Maintain continuous coverage of the front desk during assigned times and arrange coverage as needed.

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while ensuring prompt, accurate messaging.

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring compliance with sign-in/out procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area.

• Administrative & Clerical Support

• Complete clerical tasks, including filing, copying, mailing, and payroll support.

• Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering to ensure availability.

• Assist with resident call systems, service requests, and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of office equipment and call management systems preferred.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
