Location: Edison, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dry Offset Printing Machine Operator to operate printing equipment used to print logos, designs, and product information directly onto cups.
Dry offset printing experience is required. Candidates without offset printing experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate dry offset printing machines.
- Install and align printing plates, inks, and other required materials.
- Load cups and monitor the printing process.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain proper color, registration, alignment, and print quality.
- Mix and adjust inks to achieve the required color and consistency.
- Inspect finished products for defects, including smudging, uneven color, misalignment, or missing print.
- Monitor production output and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting.
- Complete production paperwork and accurately record material usage and production results.
- Report equipment or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality-control procedures.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of offset or dry offset printing experience required.
- Experience printing on cups, containers, or similar products strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of printing plate setup, ink mixing, color matching, and registration.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify printing defects.
- Ability to read and follow production specifications and work instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move production materials as needed.
