Warehouse General Laborer – 1st Shift
Location: Independence, OH
Job Overview
We are currently hiring General Laborers for a clean, organized warehouse in Independence, OH. This is a 1st shift opportunity with consistent hours, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for pay increases once hired on.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: Typically 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (OT possible)
Pay & Advancement
- $15.00/hr to start
- Typical pay increase to $17.00/hr once hired on
- Additional forklift incentive available once hired on
Job Duties
- Picking and packing orders
- Sorting materials and products
- Shipping and receiving support
- General warehouse and labor duties as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Work Environment
- Clean, well-organized warehouse

Qualifications
- Ability to perform general warehouse and labor tasks
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
