As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a key role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities Include:Provide compassionate and resident-centered nursing care
Administer medications and treatments within your RN scope of practice
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to nursing leadership
Promote restorative care and resident independence
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Mentor and support fellow nursing staff to foster a positive work environment
Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
Follow facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented professional
Passionate about delivering exceptional resident care
Strong communication and organizational skills
Motivated to grow professionally within a supportive environment
