This role involves crafting custom wood components and cabinetry for luxury homes, working from detailed shop drawings and plans, and ensuring the highest level of fit and finish.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate custom residential millwork items, including but not limited to, stile and rail doors, fire rated doors, architectural moldings, wall paneling, and custom one-off items.Read and interpret shop drawings and stock listsOperate woodworking machinery and equipment such as table saws, jointers, planers, sanders, and routersAssemble millwork components with precision and attention to detailMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform quality checks throughout the fabrication processCollaborate with shop leads and production management to meet deadlines and design intentQualifications2-5+ years of experience in millwork, preferably in the residential marketStrong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and finishing standardsAbility to read and work from shop drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with hardwoods, veneers, and engineered wood productsExperience operating a variety of woodworking machinery and hand toolsDependable, detail-oriented, and team-focusedAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as neededCNC experience is a plus, but not required
